The party programme includes a magical story-telling tour hosted, a hands-on workshop and a party feast in SIS. Deli + Café.

EMMA offers youngsters plenty of fun things to do and exciting ways to enjoy art. Unleash your creativity in our fun workshops – a great venue for children’s birthday parties.

From a feather to a brush, from a button to laughter
 
Welcome to an artistic journey beyond the tales! We discover the mysterious world of Juhani Harri in the exhibition. In the workshop we make our own treasure boxes as souvenirs from magical journey.

Hustle and bustle from 2nd of March
 
Get acquainted with the dynamic world of Italian futurism in our exhibition space and travel in time to a city of the future.

The party ends with a meal at SIS. Deli + Café.

Menu 3: To the little gastronomes à 8€

- SIS.Deli's colourful berry-juice cocktail
- Organic mozzarella meatball spits
- Ice cream buffet (vanilla ice cream, sauce and decorations)

Guided tour for nursery school age children. Recommended group size 25 persons max. Duration 30-45 min.

BACKPACK TOURS

New this spring: The WeeGee Exhibition Centre offers children a fun, captivating way to discover exhibits in its five museums. Borrow a backpack free of charge from the information desk and embark on an adventure into a world of art and culture. Currently available in Finnish and Swedish, coming soon in English and Russian.

Anu Tuominen’s story-telling chair Book covers of birch, thoughts to Australia and beyond is an artwork meant to be sat in. In the book which goes with the chair you can write your own story about an art work. The chair is part of the Saastamoinen Foundation Collection and from time to time will be moved to different EMMA galleries.
